Overview
Circulating water vacuum pump (model LC-VWP-60T) is a water ring vacuum pump with a one-time molding technology for the shell, which has the characteristics of small size, light weight and beautiful appearance. The pump is equipped with double suction pump heads and double vacuum meters, which can visually display the Vacuum Level. Its corrosion resistance and Reliability are better than traditional vacuum pumps, and the service life is longer.
Features
1. Double suction pump head design, can be carried out separately or simultaneously, each suction nozzle is equipped with a vacuum meter.
2. The pump head is made of corrosion-resistant material, and the shell is formed of high-strength ABS engineering plastic at one time, with a beautiful structure.
3. Surface matte treatment, not easy to aging, the whole machine is small and light.
4. The core motor uses a high-strength corrosion-resistant shaft core, which does not work rusting for a long time.
5. Turbine ducted structure to ensure the rapid passage of water in large quantities.
6. Special fluid muffler to effectively reduce moisture friction noise.
7. All-copper coil AC motor, with its own cooling fan at the tail, has excellent cooling performance and supports continuous operation.
8. The air extraction line is equipped with a check valve to prevent the recirculating water from flowing back during accidental shutdown.
9. Adopt water circulation operation, add water to 2/3 of the water tank to recycle, saving water and being convenient.
Principle
The pump is a water ring vacuum pump. When it is working, the motor drives the impeller swirl/spin to form a water ring in the pump cavity. A closed space with periodic changes is formed between the water ring and the impeller blade, so as to realize the suction, compression and discharge of gas to achieve the purpose of vacuuming. The working medium is water, which can be recycled.
Applications
Laboratory, scientific research, chemical, pharmaceutical, medical, education
Steps
1. Place the device on a stable table and connect it to a power supply (AC 220V 50HZ).
Open the lid of the water tank and fill it with clean water to 2/3 of the tank's volume.
3. Connect the device that needs to be vacuumed to the air extraction nozzle through a hose.
4. Turn on the power switch, the pump starts to work, and the Vacuum Level can be observed through the vacuum meter.
5. According to requirements, you can choose to use a single or two air extraction nozzles simultaneously for operation.
6. After the work is over, turn off the power and disconnect.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets requirements (AC 220V 50HZ) before use.
• Check the water level of the water tank before starting to ensure that the water volume is sufficient (about 2/3 of the water tank), and it is strictly forbidden to operate without water.
• Ensure that the extraction hose is firmly connected and free of leakage.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the tail cooling fan.
• When not in use for a long time, empty the water in the tank and keep it drying.
• Do not absorb corrosion gases or substances that may damage the pump body.
When there is abnormal noise or malfunction in the equipment, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
• Before maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
