Overview
The OB series collector Magnetic Stirrer adopts the collector heating method, so that the heating container is in a strong heat radiation. The collector pot is made of high-quality stainless steel stamping, and is combined with special heating pipe and high temperature sealing material. The equipment adopts DC permanent magnet motor, which runs stably and has low noise. It supports water bath or oil bath heating. The temperature fluctuation is small and the heating is uniform. It is a reliable tool for experimenters in colleges and universities, environmental protection, health, epidemic prevention, petroleum, chemical industry and other units.

1. Adopting PID temperature control technology, the LED digital tube clearly displays the set temperature and current temperature.

6. External 304 stainless steel electric heating tube heating, liner without heating tube exposed, prevent grease accumulation affect the heating efficiency, easy to clean and maintain, the container is not limited by heating tube.
7. The heating part and the electrical box are isolated by heat insulation board, and the high temperature does not affect the electrical performance inside the instrument.

Principle
The device works through the collector heating method, using an external electric heating tube to heat the stainless steel collector pot, generating strong heat radiation, so that the reaction vessel placed in it is heated. At the same time, the built-in strong magnet swirl/spin is driven by a DC permanent magnet motor to generate a swirl/spin magnetic field, which drives the stirrer in the container to synchronize swirl/spin to realize stirring of the material. PID temperature control technology and an external PT100 Sensor precisely control the heating temperature to ensure stable and uniform temperature.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable countertop and connect it to the power supply.
2. According to the experimental requirements, add water (water bath) or oil (oil bath) to the collector.
3. Put the container with the material and stirrer into the heat collector.
4. Turn on the power switch.
5. Rotation speed and heating temperature through the control panel.
6. If timing is required, set the timing time.
7. Start the stirring and heating functions and start the experiment.
8. After the experiment, turn off the heating and stirring functions in turn, and finally turn off the power supply.
Notice
Equipment should be placed on a smooth, ventilated countertop for use.
• Before connecting the power supply, please confirm that the Power supply voltage is AC 220V/50Hz.
• During heating and stirring, do not touch the hot pot, heating parts and containers to prevent burns.
• When heating the oil bath, pay attention to the flash point of the oil to avoid the danger caused by the high oil temperature.
• Do not start the heating function when there is no medium (dry burning) or insufficient medium in the pot to prevent damage to the equipment or cause accidents.
• When cleaning the pot, wait until it is completely chilled down and wipe it with a soft cloth to avoid using sharp or corrosive cleaners.
• The equipment has anti-dry burning and over-temperature protection functions, but it still needs to be supervised by personnel during use to avoid unattended operation for a long time.
• Be sure to disconnect power before moving or cleaning equipment.
• In case of malfunction or abnormality, stop using it immediately and contact a professional for maintenance.
