Overview
LC-OB-0.8L collector Magnetic Stirrer adopts collector heating method, so that the heating container is in a strong heat radiation, and the heating is uniform. The collector pot adopts aluminum alloy pot body plus Teflon coating, which has good corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. The instrument adopts DC permanent magnet motor, which runs smoothly and has low noise. It can be heated in water bath or oil bath by adding water or refueling, and the temperature fluctuation is small. It is a reliable and necessary tool for experimenters in colleges and universities, environmental protection, health, epidemic prevention, petroleum, chemical and other units.
Features
1. Adopting PID temperature control technology, the LED digital tube clearly displays the set temperature and current temperature.
2. Adopt stepless speed regulation, LED central control encoder to display Rotation speed; DC permanent magnet motor, low noise, smooth operation and long service life.
3. Using heat collection heating method, the heating speed is fast, the temperature is uniform and the efficiency is high.
4. Select a strong magnetic magnet to ensure sufficient suction, and combine it with a stirrer to achieve a significant stirring effect.
5.0.8L model adopts aluminum alloy pot body plus Teflon coating, which has good corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity.
6. External 304 stainless steel electric heating tube heating, liner without heating tube exposed, prevent grease accumulation, easy to clean and maintain, the container is not limited by heating tube.
7. The heating part and the electrical box are isolated by heat insulation board, and the high temperature does not affect the electrical performance inside the instrument.
8. Standard physical temperature control anti-dry burning and instrument over-temperature prompt function, over-temperature automatic off heating, double security.
9. External PT100 temperature sensor, accurate and reliable temperature measurement.
Principle
The Stirrer uses a collector heating method to heat the collector pot (aluminum alloy pot body) through an external electric heating tube, generating strong heat radiation, so that the reaction vessel placed in it is evenly heated. At the same time, a strong magnetic magnet at the bottom drives the stirrer to swirl/spin in the container to achieve stirring and mixing. The temperature is detected by the PT100 Sensor and precisely adjusted by the PID Control system.
Applications
Laboratories of various colleges and universities, environmental protection, health, epidemic prevention, petroleum, chemical and other units
Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable bench.
2. According to the experimental requirements, add an appropriate amount of water (water bath) or oil (oil bath) to the collector.
3. Place the container containing the reactant and stirrer into the collector.
4. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch.
5. Set the required heating temperature and stirring Rotation speed through the control panel.
6. If timing is required, set the timing time.
7. Start the heating and stirring function and start the experiment.
8. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean the instrument after chilling down.
Notice
• Please place the instrument on a stable, well-ventilated work table for use.
• Before use, please make sure that an appropriate amount of heating medium (water or oil) has been added to the collector, and dry burning is strictly prohibited.
• During heating and stirring, do not touch the hot pot, heating pipe or high temperature container with your hands to prevent burns.
• Before cleaning the instrument, be sure to disconnect the power and wait for it to chill down completely.
• Do not use sharp or hard objects to scratch the Teflon coating on the inner wall of the hot pan.
• The instrument has anti-dry burning and over-temperature protection functions, but it still needs to be supervised during use to avoid unattended operation for a long time.
• Power supply voltage specified (AC 220V/50Hz) to ensure good grounding.
• If the instrument malfunctions, do not disassemble it yourself, and contact a professional for repair.
