The NIRUN DRV-1T dilute rotational viscometer is a 5 inch Touchscreen operated precision measuring instrument with an anti-static housing and RTD temperature sensor for accurate measurement of viscosity in many fluids.

Principle
The instrument directly drives the rotor to swirl/spin in the fluid through the stepper motor, measures the fluid resistance under different shear rates, and uses the ARM chip to quickly process the data to display the change of viscosity value in real time.

Steps
1. Prepare the required 250ml measurement tank
Measurement range selection of the appropriate rotor (D1/D2/D3)
3. Install the rotor on the instrument
4. Adjust the manual lift frame to the appropriate position
5. Set test parameters through Touchscreen
6. Start the measurement and observe the viscosity value display
7. Measured values can be locked or output data using print port

• Make sure to use the 250ml measurement tank of the specified size (inner diameter 74mm, height 74mm)
• Correct selection of rotor according to fluid viscosity range
• Keep the test environment free of strong electromagnetic interference
• Periodic instrument calibration to ensure Measurement accuracy
