Overview
QIWEI QW-NSY-12ST (Timed) Sample condenser (air dryer) is a device for sample preparation in Sample Handling and fluid extraction analysis. It can quickly condense the liquid sample by blowing air into the surface of the heating sample, which is time-saving, easy to operate, easy to control, and can quickly obtain the desired results.
Features
1. The dry thermostatic bath is used as the heating source, and the heat transfer is good and uniform, which is conducive to rapid heating and temperature control.
2. The blowpipes are independent of each other to avoid cross-contamination.
3. Comes with its own air source, compact in size and easy to carry.
4. Equipped with PID liquid crystal display control instrument, display high definition, light indicator button.
5. With temperature control function (optional temperature and timing function control instrument).
6. Suitable for rapid condensation of samples in any environment.
7. Intrinsically safe for organic solvents.
Principle
The sample condenser provides uniform heating through a dry thermostatic bath and blows air to the surface of the sample to accelerate the evaporation and condensation process of the liquid sample. The independent design of the blowpipe ensures no cross-contamination between the samples for efficient and controlled condensing operation.
Applications
Sample Handling and Preparation in Fluid Extraction Analysis
Steps
1. Put the sample into the condenser hole.
2. Set the required temperature (Temperature range: room temperature + 5 ℃ - 100 ℃).
3. Start the air purge function (Flow rate range: 0-36L/min).
4. Monitor the condensing process until the desired result is achieved.
5. Optional timing function for automatic control.
Notice
- Ensure that the equipment is used in a safe environment and avoid contact with flammable substances.
- Check air source and temperature settings before operation to prevent overheating or abnormal Flow rate.
- Regularly clean the blowpipe and heating area to maintain performance.
- Turn off the power supply in time after use to ensure that the equipment is chilled down.
Follow the manufacturer's guidelines for maintenance and storage.
