QW-SZF-06A fat measuring instrument is an instrument developed by QIWEI brand to introduce new technology for fat measurement and combine with our country's national conditions. Principle
The QW-SZF-06A fat analyzer measures the fat content according to the Soxhlet extraction principle and weight determination method, that is, dissolve the fat under an organic solvent, separate the fat from the solvent by extraction method, and then dry, weigh, and calculate the fat content. The instrument is mainly composed of digital electric heating constant temperature water bath heating extraction, solvent condensation recovery and digital automatic temperature control. The heating temperature can be adjusted in real time according to the boiling point of the solvent and indoor temperature. The sample is extracted with anhydrous ether or petroleum ether and other solvents and then evaporated to remove the solvent. The obtained substance is called fat or crude fat, and the measurement result is free fat.

Steps
1. Adjust heating temperature according to Reagent Boiling Point and Ambient Temperature;
2. Manually move the condenser tube up and down respectively;
3. Use anhydrous ether or petroleum ether and other solvents for extraction;
4. Steam off the solvent;
5. Drying samples;
6. Weigh the sample;
7. Calculate the fat content.

• The heating temperature can be adjusted in real time according to the boiling point of the solvent and the indoor temperature during operation;
• Glass grinding connection is used at the connection of condenser, extractor and extractor bottle to ensure good sealing performance;
• The measurement range is for samples with an oil content of 0.5% to 60%;
The instrument can simultaneously determine six samples.
