HUXI HR-750DRH Electric Lift Mulser is a high-performance high-shear emulsification equipment that integrates dispersion, mixing, emulsification and homogenization functions. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, good mixing effect, easy cleaning, simple and convenient lifting. Widely used in factories, scientific research institutions, Universities & colleges and medical units and other liquid materials dispersion, mixing, emulsification and homogenization.
Features
1. Select three-phase asynchronous motor, no spark/dust, higher safety performance, low noise, sufficient power, can run for a long time, to meet a variety of high-demand dispersion, mixing semi-production requirements.
220V/380V Power Supply can be selected to meet different working environments.

Principle
High shear Mulser through the high tangential speed and high frequency mechanical effect of the rotor high speed swirl/spin, the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase, gas phase in the corresponding mature process and the appropriate amount of additives, instantly uniform fine dispersion emulsification, through high frequency cycle, and finally get a stable high quality product.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate stator head according to the material characteristics (e.g. long hole type or round hole type).
Connect the power supply (220V or 380V).
3. Use the electric lifting platform to adjust the height of the emulsification head (Travel 300mm).
4. Rotation speed (up to 10000rpm/min) is set by stepless speed regulation.
5. Start the equipment for dispersion, mixing, emulsification or homogenization.
6. After the operation is completed, turn off the power supply and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Power supply voltage matches equipment requirements (220V or 380V) before use.
• Choose the appropriate stator head type according to the material viscosity and particle size.
• Avoid overload operation and ensure that the equipment works within Rated power (750W).
• Regularly check the emulsification head and lifting system to ensure smooth operation.
When cleaning, pay attention to avoid water or materials entering the motor part and keep the stainless steel shell clean.
