Overview
HuiNuo KTQ series adjustable Film Applicator is a new generation of drawdown blade detachable Film Applicator developed. It adopts magnetic drawdown blade design to solve the difficult cleaning problem caused by scraping of high viscosity and easy curing materials. This series of equipment provides a variety of application widths from 50mm to 600mm to meet the needs of different application scenarios.

Principle
While satisfying the principle of differential gap scraping, the Applicator adopts magnetic drawdown blade design, and precisely adjusts the thickness through the green differential head to achieve uniform wet-film Spreader.

Steps
1. Install and adjust the drawdown blade to the required width
2. Use the green differential head to set the target thickness
3. Spread the material evenly on the substrate
4. Smooth scraping to form wet-film
5, remove drawdown blade for cleaning

• Keep it stable when scraping to avoid uneven thickness
• Clean the drawdown blade in time after use to prevent material curing
• Regularly check drawdown blade accuracy to ensure Spreader mass
• Avoid hard objects hitting the edge of the drawdown blade to prevent damage
