Steps
1. Prepare samples and substrates (e.g. Glass, cardboard, fabric).
2. Fix the substrate on the fixture of the coating table.
3. Set the application length and Spreader speed through the Touchscreen control panel.
4. Adjust the drawdown blade height and set the required Spreader thickness.
5. Start the device and automatically complete the film process.
6. After the film is completed, open the clamshell drawdown blade for cleaning.

• Applicable substrate thickness is usually ≤ 40mm, if you need thicker, you can customize the heightening bracket.
• The effective coating area is 500 * 500mm, which can be customized if there are special needs.
• Blade Coating thickness range is 0~ 10mm.
