LC-MSE series Magnetic Stirrer is a laboratory instrument for liquid mixing, mainly used for stirring or simultaneous heating of liquids or solid-liquid mixtures with low viscosity consistency. With the heating temperature Control system, the sample temperature can be heated and controlled according to the specific experimental requirements, and the temperature conditions required for the experimental conditions can be maintained to ensure that the liquid mixture meets the experimental requirements.

Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer generates a swirl/spin magnetic field through the built-in DC brushless motor, which drives the magnetic stirrer placed in the container to synchronize the swirl/spin, so as to realize the mixing and stirring of the liquid. With the heating system, the working plate can be heated, and the temperature Control system can precisely control the plate surface and solution temperature.

Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable table and connect it to the power supply.
2. Place the container containing the sample and the magnetic stirrer in the center of the working plate.
3, swirl/spin stirring knob, start stirring and adjust to the desired Rotation speed.
4, if heating, swirl/spin heating knob, start heating and set the target temperature.
5. Rotation speed and temperature are observed in real time through the LCD screen (limited to -HD models).
6. After the experiment, return the stirring and heating knobs to zero, turn off the power, and remove the container.
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V 50Hz.
• Max. stirring Capacity is 2L, please do not overuse.
The maximum temperature control of the working plate is 260 ° C. Do not exceed this temperature limit.
• Please use liquid or solid-liquid mixtures with low viscosity consistency.
• The instrument has a waterproof design, but it is still necessary to avoid large amounts of liquid splashing.
• When using the -H/-HD model, please pay attention to the corrosion resistance of its ceramic coating work plate, but still need to avoid direct long-term contact with strong corrosion chemicals.
• When using the -HD model, the self-locking function can be used to prevent misoperation.
• Be sure to disconnect the power before cleaning and wait for the instrument to chill down completely.
