Principle
The powerbasic stirrer drives the stirring part swirl/spin through a DC brushless motor to realize the mixing and stirring of the liquid. At the same time, the sample is heated by a nano-ceramic heating table, and the temperature is precisely adjusted and controlled by PID temperature control technology to ensure the stability and accuracy of the experimental process.
Applications
Laboratory liquid heating mixing and stirring
Steps
1. Place the device on a stable workbench and connect it to the power supply.
2. Rotation speed, temperature and timing program required by 5-inch LCD touch screen setting;
3. Use the machine head rack lifting device to adjust the stirring parts to a suitable height and immerse them in the liquid to be stirred.
4, start the equipment, start heating and stirring;
5. After the experiment, turn off the power supply of the equipment and clean the mixing components.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in the range of AC165~ 264V 50Hz.
• Recommended Max. stirring Capacity is 30L, please do not overuse.
• When the equipment is working, do not touch the heating table and stirring parts to prevent burns or mechanical injuries.
• When cleaning, please note that the immersed sample parts are made of 304 stainless steel, and appropriate cleaners can be used.
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, drying environment.
• If not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply and store it properly.
