TONGAO NBC-6900D Benchtop STIP-scan is a professional instrument that integrates mature technologies in the field of water quality analysis. It can quickly determine a variety of water quality parameters, including COD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, turbidity, suspended solids, etc., with a complete system, simple and fast operation, and stable and reliable detection results.
Features
1. Built-in two COD detection methods, respectively in line with HJ/T399-2007 national standards and import detection methods.
2. Standard detection parameters are rich, including COD (Prefabricated Reagent), COD (Powder Reagent or Custom Reagent), ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, turbidity, suspended solids.

Principle
The instrument uses a digestion Colorimetric integrated tube for operation, and the digestion and result reading of the sample share a reaction tube. Its Working Principle is based on the Spectrophotometric method, spec-trophotometry, which uses a specific wavelength of cold Illuminant measurement of sample Absorbance, and directly converts the Absorbance value into the sample concentration value through a system-specific algorithm. To improve accuracy, the instrument performs multiple measurements (10 times or more) on the water sample, and takes the average value after removing the abnormal value to reduce the interference of external factors.

Steps
1. Sample Handling and Reaction with Digestion Colorimetric Tube.
2. Put the processed reaction tube into the corresponding channel of the instrument.
3. Select the corresponding test item through the membrane Keypad Operation interface.
4. Absorbance measurement and concentration calculation are performed automatically, and the results are displayed directly on the screen.
5. Test results can be printed through the Built-in Printer.

● Instrument Operating Environment Temperature should be between 5~ 40 ℃, humidity ≤ 85% and no condensation.
Power supply is AC (220V +/- 10%), 50Hz.
