Overview
The LICHEN LC-HET-25D high-speed Homogenizer is a novel and advanced experimental equipment for further homogenization of pulverized experimental materials in liquid media. It operates at high speed through a motor-driven homogenizing head to shear and disperse materials, thus achieving material fusion, which can easily meet a variety of high-demand homogenization, emulsification, and dispersion experimental requirements.

Principle
The equipment runs at high speed through the homogeneous working head connected to the motor to cut and disperse the material, so that the material can be fused to achieve the experimental purposes of homogenization, emulsification and dispersion.
Applications
Tissue crushing, cytoplasticization, dairy homogenization, coalescence reaction and other experimental fields
Steps
1. Select and install the appropriate working head according to the experimental requirements.
2. Insert the working head deep into the material to be processed.
3. Rotation speed and timing time set by knob.
4. Start the equipment for homogenization.
5. After processing is completed, turn off the equipment, disassemble and clean the work head.
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V 50Hz.
• Please confirm that the working head is firmly installed before operation to prevent peeling during operation.
• Select the appropriate working head and parameters according to the material viscosity and Processing capacity. The maximum processing viscosity of the working head is 3500mPa · s.
• Pay attention to the motor stall and overload alarm functions of the equipment. If there is any abnormality, please deal with it in time.
• Please disassemble and clean the working head in time after use to keep the equipment clean.
• Do not exceed the processing capacity specified by the equipment (H2O: 7000ml).
