Overview
WB series thermostatic water bath adopts high-quality stainless steel liner and sheet metal stamping shell, and the surface is treated by high-strength electrostatic spraying. The product is equipped with LCD liquid crystal display and PID temperature control technology, which has the characteristics of fast heating, accurate temperature control, anti-dry burning and built-in drainage pipe. Principle
The thermostatic water bath heats the water in the Tank through the built-in heating element, and adopts the PID (Proportional-Integral-Differential) control algorithm to monitor and adjust the water temperature in real time, so that it can quickly reach and stabilize at the set temperature. The LCD LCD screen displays real-time temperature and set parameters, and the magnetic stirring function of some models further promotes the uniform distribution of water temperature, thus ensuring temperature control accuracy and uniformity.

Steps
1. Add appropriate amount of water to the Tank.
2. Turn on the power supply (AC220V 50Hz).
3. Set the required temperature and time through the meter.
4. If you need to use the mixing function (if the model supports it), please turn it on.
5. Start the equipment to start heating and temperature control.
6. After use, for models with drain pipes, the valve plug can be opened to drain.
Notice
• Please make sure there is enough water in the Tank before use to avoid dry burning and damage to the equipment.
• Power supply voltage needs to match AC220V 50Hz.
• For LC-WB-X + series, the nominal temperature control accuracy and Temperature uniformity parameters can only be achieved when the stirring function is turned on.
• Drainage function is limited to designated models such as LC-WB-4/6, LC-WB-4/6/8 +.
• Magnetic stirring function is limited to designated models such as LC-WB- 2/4/6/8 +.
• Do not cover the heat dissipation hole when the instrument is running to ensure normal heat dissipation.
Disconnect the power supply before cleaning and maintenance.
