Overview
LICHEN LC-WB-6 thermostatic water bath is made of stainless steel liner and sheet metal paint shell, equipped with LCD LCD screen and PID temperature control technology, with fast heating and accurate temperature control. The product has anti-dry burning, timing, drainage and magnetic stirring functions, and is a common tool in biological, genetic, virus, aquatic, environmental protection, health, biochemical laboratories, analysis rooms and education and scientific research fields.

Principle
The thermostatic water bath heats the water in the Tank through the built-in heating element. The PID intelligent temperature control technology is used to monitor the water temperature in real time and display it through the LCD LCD screen. The heating power is precisely adjusted according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature to achieve rapid heating and stable temperature control. The equipped magnetic stirring function promotes the uniform distribution of water temperature in the tank and ensures temperature conformity.

Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable table and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject appropriate amount of distillation water or deionized water into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and timing time through the control panel.
4. If you need to accelerate the temperature evenly, you can turn on the magnetic stirring function (such as model support).
5. After waiting for the water temperature to rise to the set value, you can put it into the experimental container for thermostatic operation.
6. After use, turn off the power supply, and the liquid in the tank can be drained through the drain pipe.
Notice
• Before use, please ensure that the water in the Tank is sufficient to avoid dry burning and damage to the heating pipe and liner.
• Do not exceed the maximum water level when filling water.
• Please use distillation or deionized water to reduce scale.
• Do not touch the heating part when the instrument is running to prevent burns.
• When draining, pay attention to collect the discharged liquid to avoid polluting the environment.
• Always disconnect the power supply before cleaning the instrument and make sure it is completely chilled down.
• For LC-WB-X + series, the stirring function needs to be turned on to achieve the nominal temperature control accuracy and Temperature uniformity.
