Overview
LC-WB-2 + thermostatic water bath liner is made of high-quality stainless steel, the shell is sheet metal stamping, folding and splicing, the surface is made of high-strength electrostatic spray, and the paint film is smooth and firm. The instrument adopts LCD LCD and PID Temperature control mode, which has the characteristics of fast heating and accurate temperature control. The product has the function of anti-dry burning, which can prevent dry burning from damaging the liner and heating pipe. Principle
The thermostatic water bath uses a built-in heating element to heat the water in the Tank, and uses PID temperature control technology to monitor and adjust the water temperature in real time to stabilize it at the set temperature. The magnetic stirring function accelerates the uniform distribution of water temperature in the tank, the annular upper cover and stainless steel lid help to maintain temperature stability, and the anti-dry burning function automatically stops heating in the event of water shortage to protect the equipment.

Steps
1. Add appropriate amount of water to the Tank.
2. Turn on the power supply (AC220V 50Hz).
3. Set the required temperature and timing time (up to 99 hours and 59 minutes) through the LCD liquid crystal display.
4. For better temperature field uniformity, turn on the magnetic stirring function.
5. Place the container to be treated in the hole where the annular upper cover fits.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power and let it chill down.
Notice
* Before use, please ensure that the water in the Tank is sufficient to avoid dry burning.
* To ensure the nominal temperature control accuracy and Temperature Uniformity, please turn on the magnetic stirring function when using.
* Drain function is limited to LC-WB-4/6, LC-WB- 4/6/8 + models, this model (LC-WB-2 +) does not have automatic drain function.
* Do not move or touch the heating area while the instrument is working to prevent burns.
* Be sure to disconnect the power supply before cleaning, until the instrument is completely chilled down.
* Do not use corrosion cleaning agents to wipe the instrument surface and liner.
