Overview
LC-WB-4 + thermostatic water bath liner is made of high quality stainless steel, the shell is sheet metal stamping, folding and splicing, and the surface is made of high-strength electrostatic spray. The instrument adopts LCD LCD and PID Temperature control mode, which heats up quickly and controls the temperature accurately. The product has the function of preventing dry burning, which can avoid damage to the liner and heating pipe caused by dry burning, and has a built-in drain pipe for easy drainage. The Water bath is an essential tool for biological, genetic, viral, aquatic, environmental protection, hygiene, biochemical laboratories, analysis rooms and education and scientific research.

Note: The temperature control accuracy and Temperature uniformity parameters of LC-WB-X + series can only be realized when the stirring function is turned on.
Principle
The thermostatic water bath heats the water in the Tank through a built-in heating element. It uses PID intelligent temperature control technology combined with LCD LCD display to monitor the temperature in real time. The system detects the water temperature through the Sensor, and the PID controller quickly adjusts the Heating power for accurate temperature control. The magnetic stirring function accelerates the water circulation and ensures uniform temperature in the Tank. The anti-dry burning function automatically stops heating when the water level is detected to be too low to protect the equipment.

Steps
1. Water bath placed on a smooth table, connected to the power supply.
2. Open the drain valve plug or inject an appropriate amount of distillation water or deionized water into the Tank through the water filling port.
3. Place the container that needs to be thermostatic, making sure it fits with the annular cover.
4. Turn on the power switch and set the target temperature, timing time and other parameters through the LCD display.
5. If you need to accelerate the temperature uniformly, you can turn on the magnetic stirring function.
6. The equipment starts heating and automatically enters the thermostatic state after reaching the set temperature.
7. After use, turn off the power supply, and when the water temperature decreases, open the drain valve plug to discharge the liquid in the tank.
Notice
• Before use, please make sure that the liquid level in the Tank is not lower than the minimum water level to prevent dry burning.
• Please use distillation or deionized water to reduce scale.
• When the equipment is running, do not touch the heating part and high temperature liquid to prevent burns.
• Pay attention to the water temperature when draining to avoid burns.
• When cleaning, please disconnect the power supply and wipe it with a soft cloth to avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
• When not in use for a long time, drain the liquid in the Tank and keep it drying.
• To ensure temperature control accuracy and Temperature uniformity, it is recommended to turn on the stirring function during use.
