Principle

Based on the principle of differential gap scraping, the device performs scraping operation on a hard aluminum oxide frame through a magnetic detachable drawdown blade, and uses a green differential head to precisely adjust the gap between the drawdown blade and the substrate, thereby controlling the wet film thickness.
