Principle
The Working Principle of Experimental Automatic Film Applicator is to uniformly Spreader the sample on the substrate to form the desired film by controlling the Spreader head and Spreader parameters.

Steps
1. Fix the substrate on the Spreader table

4. Start the device for automatic filming
5. Optional UV light curing function for subsequent processing

• Glass countertop heat resistance 600 ℃, avoid overtemperature use
• The meyer rod coating accuracy is +/- 0.001mm, and the bar specification needs to be selected correctly
• The coating table material can be selected from aluminum alloy or Glass table, which needs to be confirmed with customer service
• Device power 600w, need to use 220V/50HZ power supply (can be customized 110V/60HZ)
• Pay attention to safety protection when using UV light curing function
• Optional features include drawdown blade, heating, Vacuum chuck, depending on requirements
