Overview
Vacuum oven is a kind of heating drying, baking and dry heat sterilizing of articles in a relatively vacuum state. LICHEN technology integrated Vacuum oven is specially designed for drying heat-sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances. It can maintain a certain Vacuum Level in the working room when working, and can be filled with inert gas internally. It can also quickly dry some items with complex compositions.

The box vacuum pump has its own anti-return oil device and impurity Filter to prolong the service life of the pump body; and the standard oil mist Filter, filtrate the gas generated by the vacuum pump, purify the oil and gas discharged by the vacuum pump, purify the environment, and prevent pollution.

The product shell is made of thickened Cold rolled steel plate processing, surface electrostatic spraying, the studio is made of 304 stainless steel plate, which is easy to clean, anti-corrosion, anti-aging; and there is a reinforced steel plate support around the liner to ensure that the long-term vacuum high voltage liner does not deform.
Principle
The Vacuum oven pumps the chamber to a certain Vacuum Level to reduce the boiling point of the water, thus achieving rapid drying of the material at a lower temperature. At the same time, an inert gas can be filled into the box to provide a protective environment for substances prone to oxidation. The heating system is heated by an electric heating tube surrounding the outer wall of the liner to ensure uniform temperature.
