Overview
Vacuum oven is a kind of box for heating drying, baking and dry heat sterilization of items in a relatively vacuum state. LICHEN Technology LC-DZF-D6090AB integrated Vacuum oven is specially designed for drying heat-sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances. It can maintain a certain Vacuum Level in the working room, and can fill the interior with inert gas. It can also quickly dry some items with complex compositions.

1. Adopt digital vacuum pressure gauge, digital display pressure value, convenient for users to read, high accuracy.
2. Multi-group intelligent PID temperature control system adopts microcomputer design, with temperature control, timing, over-temperature alarm and other functions.

4. The observation window adopts double-decked Glass door design, which not only ensures the sealing property, but also can observe the status of the items in the working room through the glass window.
5. 4 sets of electric heating tubes surround the outer wall of the liner for heating, and the contact area with the liner is larger, thereby improving the uniformity of the Vacuum oven.
6. According to customer needs, optional installation RS485 interface/USB interface, independent thermostat, inert gas valve, intake moisture Filter (can only filtrate liquid water), etc.
7. The box vacuum pump has its own anti-return oil device and impurity Filter to prolong the service life of the pump body; and the standard oil mist Filter, filtrate the gas generated by the vacuum pump, purify the oil and gas discharged by the vacuum pump, purify the environment, and prevent pollution.

The product shell is made of thickened Cold rolled steel plate processing, surface electrostatic spraying, the studio is made of 304 stainless steel plate, which is easy to clean, anti-corrosion, anti-aging; and there is a reinforced steel plate support around the liner to ensure that the long-term vacuum high voltage liner does not deform.
Principle
The Vacuum pumps the studio to a certain Vacuum Level through a vacuum pump, reducing the air pressure in the box, thereby reducing the boiling point of the water, so that the water in the goods evaporates quickly at a lower temperature. At the same time, the heating system (4 sets of electric heating pipes) equipped with the box heats the liner to accelerate the drying process. Users can fill the box with inert gas as needed to protect the easy oxidation or heat sensitive substances.
