It is designed to evenly coat various types of Stock on the substrate and roll into rolls after a precisely controlled drying process. Principle
Stock is evenly coated on the substrate by an adjustable drawdown blade. The thickness of the Spreader can be precisely controlled. The substrate is then dried in a segmented and independently controlled hot air circulation oven, and finally rolled into rolls. The whole process is precisely controlled by the PLC and Touchscreen system. Spreader speed, thickness and temperature.

Steps
1. Install and adjust the substrate to the unwinding device; 2. Select and install the drawdown blade head as needed; 3. Set the thickness, speed and drying temperature parameters of the Spreader; 4. Start the equipment for Spreader and drying; 5. Monitor the process and adjust the parameters through the Touchscreen; 6. Wrap the substrate after completing the Spreader.
