Overview
Ceramic fiber box type resistance furnace (model: LC-RF16-14TP) is an industrial furnace that uses electric current to heat the electric heating elements in the furnace to heat the workpiece or material. The equipment is specially designed for laboratories of universities, research institutes and industrial and mining enterprises. Principle
The resistance furnace heats the heating elements (silicon carbide rods) in the furnace through an electric current, which generates high temperatures to heat the workpieces or materials placed in the furnace. Its intelligent PID controller precisely adjusts the heating process to ensure Stability and accuracy of temperature control.

Steps
1. Check whether the Power supply voltage (380V/50Hz) meets the requirements.
2. Put the material to be processed into the furnace (size: 400 × 300 × 300mm), pay attention to the load-bearing no more than 20~ 25Kg.
3. Close and lock the reinforced furnace door.
4. Set the required temperature program (maximum recommended temperature 1250 ° C) and heating rate (e.g. 10 ° C/min) on the intelligent PID digital display controller.
5. Set the temperature limit alarm value.
6. Start the equipment to start heating.
7. After the heating process, the double-decked forced Air-Cooled structure can be used for cooling.
8. After the furnace body surface temperature drops to a safe range, the furnace door can be opened to take out the material.
Notice
• Power supply voltage and equipment requirements (380V/50Hz) before use.
• The furnace load is limited, please do not exceed 20~ 25Kg.
• Operating temperature range of the equipment is recommended to be 300~ 1250 ℃, do not use over temperature.
• During the heating process and just at the end, the surface of the furnace body may be high temperature, do not touch it to prevent burns.
When closing the furnace door, make sure it is locked tightly to prevent heat loss and potential safety risks.
• The device has a temperature limit alarm and automatic cut-off function, please do not modify or Shielding this safety setting without permission.
• Please make full use of the forced Air-Cooled structure when cooling down, and then operate after the furnace body is fully cooled down.
• Do not heat flammable, explosive or toxic gases in the furnace.
• Regularly check the status of the circuit and heating components (silicon carbide rods) to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
