Features

1. Single-station unwinding unit, equipped with inflatable shaft and automatic tension Control system 2. The front traction unit adopts a double-roll anti-roll structure, with a rigid and flexible combination 3. The bath has a built-in circulation system, which can be exchanged and filtrated with external solvents 4. The extrusion unit adopts double-roll extrusion method, and the thickness of the Spreader can be adjusted 5. Equipped with Teflon guide roller and bearing platform to ensure neat coiling edges

Principle

The equipment adopts the process of unwinding → dipping coating (built-in glue circulation system) → double-roll extrusion → pulling out the bearing platform. The substrate enters the soaking tank through the unwinding unit for Spreader, and then passes through the double-roll extrusion to control the thickness of the Spreader, and finally completes the winding through the bearing platform.
