Principle
The test plate affixed with the adhesive sample is hung vertically on the test frame, and the weight of the specified weight is suspended at the lower end. Steps
1. After removing the outermost layer of adhesive tape 3 to 5 turns of adhesive tape, unpack the sample roll at a rate of about 300 mm/min, and cut the 25mm wide and 100mm long samples every 200mm or so, with no less than three samples in each group
2. Dip the cleaning agent scruf test plate and loading plate three times with the wiping material, and do not touch the working surface after drying
3. Under the conditions of temperature 23 ℃ +/- 2 ℃ and relative humidity 65% +/- 5%, paste the sample in the middle of the test plate and the loading plate, roll it with a pressure roller at a speed of about 300 mm/min, and roll it back and forth three times
4. After the sample is pasted, it is placed at a temperature of 23 ° C +/- 2 ° C and a relative humidity of 65% +/- 5% for 20 minutes, and then the test plate is vertically fixed on the instrument test rack, connecting the loading plate and the weight
5. Place the instrument horizontally, turn on the power switch, heating switch and fan switch in turn, press Timer to clear, and the instrument will automatically heat up to the set temperature
6. Remove the weight after reaching the specified time, measure the sample sliding displacement with indexing magnifying glass to be accurate to 0.1mm, or record the sample peeling time
