Overview
The Rdh2-03/500 immersion coil Coater is a versatile, High Accuracy coil film device for high-end experiments and low-volume production. The device features a Modular design that integrates a double comma Blade Coating head, a three-stage independent temperature zone drying system, full servo tension control, and an automatic deviation correction system. It can realize a fully automated process from substrate unwinding, bottom precoating, precision stoving, surface layer Spreader, and final drying to precise Laminating winding.

Principle
The equipment adopts the process flow of unwinding → scraping → soaking → double-roll extrusion → drying → scraping → drying → laminating → edge correction → winding. The substrate enters the first Spreader unit through the unwinding system, after comma Blade Coating and immersion Spreader, it is preliminarily leveled by the extrusion roller, then enters the three-stage drying system for curing, and then performs the second Spreader and final drying. Finally, the winding is completed through the Laminating and deviation correction system.
Applications
New materials such as Adhesive, Optical inspection glue and polymer functional coatings on flexible substrates
Steps
1. Check equipment utility readiness, including power, gas, environmental conditions, etc
2. Install the substrate and release paper to the unwinding system
3. Set process formula parameters on the Touchscreen, including tension, temperature, speed, etc
4. Start the device and perform automatic belt walking operation
5. Monitor key parameters such as tension and temperature during operation
6. After completing the Spreader, perform the rewinding operation
7. Clean equipment promptly after shutdown
Notice
• Before installing the equipment, make sure that the power supply is 380VAC/50Hz with three-phase five-wire system, and the total Power is about 75kW.
• The compressed air pressure should be maintained at 0.6~ 0.8MPa, and clean and drying are required
• Ambient Temperature should be controlled at 25 +/- 3 ℃, Humidity 30~ 90% RH
• There should be no obvious vibration and explosion sources around the equipment
• 2T and above cargo elevators, forklifts or cranes are required for handling
• Check whether all safety devices are normal before running the equipment
• The automatic correction system may not work at low speeds
• Regularly check Spreader head parallelism and drawdown blade clearance
• The exhaust air of the drying system needs to be connected to the customer's on-site exhaust gas treatment system
