Overview
The box-type atmosphere furnace can work under vacuum and protective atmosphere, and is suitable for atmosphere sintering and atmosphere reduction in universities, scientific research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises. It has the characteristics of uniform temperature field, fast heating speed, energy saving, and can pass a variety of gases. The series is divided into three models: 1200 type (resistance wire), 1400 type (silicon carbide rod) and 1700 type (silicon molybdenum rod) according to the heating element.
Features
1. Adopt 30-segment intelligent temperature control instrument, PID control, temperature control accuracy up to +/- 1 ℃.
2. The furnace can be filled with inert gas, nitrogen and other gases.
3. Equipped with a temperature upper limit alarm function, the main circuit can be automatically cut off when overheating.
4. The furnace adopts high-purity aluminum oxide ceramic fiber material, which has good thermal insulation effect.
5. The furnace door is sealed with silicone, and the four corners are locked with locks, and the sealing performance is good.
Principle
The box-type atmosphere furnace is heated by heating elements such as resistance wires, and the temperature is precisely controlled by an intelligent temperature control system. The furnace can work in a closed environment, providing a specific sintering or reducing environment for the material by introducing a protective atmosphere such as inert gas or nitrogen, or by vacuuming.
