Principle
The box-type atmosphere furnace generates heat through silicon carbide rods as heating elements, and is controlled by a 30-stage intelligent temperature control instrument for PID control to precisely adjust the temperature in the furnace. The furnace is insulated by high-purity aluminum oxide ceramic fibers, and can work in a vacuum or protective atmosphere (such as inert gas, nitrogen) environment through the furnace door sealing system and gas interface to realize the sintering or reduction process of the material.
