Overview
LC-SA4-30-14TP series 1400 ℃ box atmosphere furnace is a device that can work in vacuum and protective atmosphere. It is suitable for atmosphere sintering, atmosphere reduction and other processes in universities, scientific research institutes and industrial and mining enterprises. The equipment has the characteristics of uniform temperature field, fast heating speed, energy saving and can pass into a variety of gases. According to different heating elements, the series is divided into 1200, 1400 and 1700 types. This model is 1400 type, which mainly uses silicon carbon rods as heating elements.
Features
1. Using 30-segment intelligent temperature control instrument, PID control, temperature control accuracy can reach +/- 1 ℃.
2. The furnace can be filled with inert gas, nitrogen and other gases.
3. Equipped with a temperature upper limit alarm function, the main circuit can be automatically cut off when overheating.
4. The furnace adopts high-purity aluminum oxide ceramic fiber material, which has good thermal insulation effect.
5. The furnace door is sealed with silicone, and the four corners are locked with locks, and the sealing performance is good.
Principle
The box-type atmosphere furnace generates heat through the silicon carbon rod heating element, and the temperature in the furnace is precisely adjusted by a 30-stage intelligent PID temperature control system. The furnace is insulated by high-purity aluminum oxide ceramic fiber, and can be fed into a protective atmosphere or vacuumed through the furnace structure. The material is sintered or reduced under the set temperature, atmosphere and pressure conditions.

Steps
1. Check the power supply and gas connection of the equipment.
2. Put the material into the furnace (corundum crucible bearing is recommended).
3. Close the furnace door and lock it with a lock to ensure good silicone sealing.
4. Inject protective gas or vacuum as required.
5. Set the temperature program on the 30-stage intelligent temperature controller (recommended heating rate ≤ 20 ° C/min, and recommended ≤ 2 ° C/min if the high temperature section exceeds 1500 ° C).
6. Start the heating program and the equipment starts to work.
7. After the process, chill down according to the procedure, and open the door for material after the temperature drops to the safe range.
Notice
* Power supply voltage of the equipment is 380V/50Hz, Power 16000W, please ensure that the power supply matches.
* The maximum positive pressure of the furnace should be ≤ 0.02MPa, do not use overpressure.
* The upper limit of furnace load is 10Kg, please do not overload.
* Recommended Temperature range is 300~ 1250 ℃, do not use over temperature for a long time.
* For high temperature sections (e.g. greater than 1500 ° C), a slower heating rate (e.g. ≤ 2 ° C/min) is recommended to protect the furnace and heating components.
* The door opening method is hand wheel side opening, please pay attention to safety during operation.
* Corundum crucible is recommended for material carrier.
* Net weight of the equipment 333Kg, attention should be paid when handling and installing.
If the temperature limit alarm is triggered during operation, the device will automatically cut off the main circuit, and it needs to be checked and reset before continuing to use.
