Principle
The box-type atmosphere furnace generates high temperature through silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, and the temperature in the furnace is precisely controlled by a 30-segment intelligent PID temperature control regulator. The furnace is insulated by high-purity aluminum oxide ceramic fiber material, and can form a vacuum or pass into a protective atmosphere in the furnace through the furnace door sealing system and gas interface to meet specific process requirements.
