Overview
The box-type atmosphere furnace can work in vacuum and protective atmosphere, and is suitable for atmosphere sintering and atmosphere reduction in universities, scientific research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises. It has the characteristics of uniform temperature field, fast heating speed, energy saving, and can enter a variety of gases. This model is a 1700 ℃ series box-type atmosphere furnace, and the heating element adopts silicon molybdenum rod.
Features
1. Adopt 30-segment intelligent temperature control instrument, PID control, temperature control accuracy up to +/- 1 ℃.
2. The furnace can be filled with inert gas, nitrogen and other gases.
3. Equipped with a temperature upper limit alarm function, the main circuit can be automatically cut off when overheating.
4. Using high-purity aluminum oxide ceramic fiber as furnace material, the thermal insulation effect is good.
5. The furnace door is sealed with silicone, and the four corners are locked with locks, and the sealing performance is good.
Principle
The box-type atmosphere furnace generates high temperature through silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, and is precisely controlled by a 30-stage intelligent temperature control instrument for PID, so that the temperature in the furnace is uniform and stable at the set value. The furnace can be sealed and passed into a protective atmosphere or vacuumed for heat treatment of materials in a specific atmosphere environment.

Notice
It is recommended that the heating rate should not exceed 5 ° C/min within the temperature range of 1000-1500 ° C.
2. Recommended Temperature range is 300~ 1550 ℃.
3. The maximum positive pressure in the furnace should not exceed 0.02 MPa.
4. The upper limit of furnace load bearing is 10Kg.
