Overview
HuiNuo KTQ series adjustable Film Applicator is a new generation of drawdown blade detachable Film Applicator. It adopts magnetic suction drawdown blade design to solve the cleaning problem of high viscosity and easy curing materials. The series provides a variety of application widths from 50mm to 600mm to meet the needs of different application scenarios.

Principle
Based on the principle of differential gap scraping, the device is scraped on the substrate to form a uniform wet-film through an adjustable drawdown blade. The magnetic attraction design is easy to disassemble the drawdown blade and adapts to the needs of Spreaders with high viscosity and easy curing materials.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate application width and film thickness settings according to requirements
2. Install and fix the magnetic drawdown blade
3. Use the green differential head to adjust to the target thickness
4. Perform a scraping operation on the substrate
5. Remove the drawdown blade for cleaning after completion

• Ensure drawdown blades and racks are clean and free of contamination before use
• Pay attention to the accuracy of the differential head when adjusting the thickness to avoid excessive tightening
• Clean the drawdown blade in time after scraping the high viscosity material to prevent curing
• Avoid drawdown blade damage during storage and maintain drying environment
