Principle
The equipment drives the stirring shaft through the motor to drive the swirl/spin of the integrated structure of the bottom tray impeller and the grinding tray. The grinding basket adopts the bottom open turbine structure to generate a strong suction pump effect, which sucks the material into the grinding basket, and realizes the fine grinding and dispersion of the material through the joint action of the multi-layer serrated dispersion disc and the grinding medium. The jacket system controls the material Operating temperature by chilling down water or heat transfer oil circulation.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate grinding medium according to the fineness requirements (Zirconia beads, Glass beads, Steel beads, etc.)
2. Fill the grinding medium to 70% -80% of the volume of the grinding basket
3. Add the material to the barrel, and the loading amount is 70~ 80L of the effective working volume.
4. Start the device and set the appropriate Rotation speed through frequency conversion speed regulation (recommended 500~ 1200 rpm)
5. Turn on the chilled down/heating jacket system as needed to control the material temperature
6. Use the electric lift function to adjust the position of the equipment
7. Stop the machine to take out the material after finishing the grinding dispersion
