Overview
The AISRY ASR-50E three-box Thermal Shock Test Chamber is mainly used to test the resistance of materials to extremely high temperature or extremely low temperature. It simulates the situation that the product is not continuously in high temperature or low temperature, and can complete the test in a short time. The device adopts a PID control system to realize full digital automatic control and is easy to operate. It helps to evaluate the physical or chemical changes caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the product, such as cracking, damage or displacement.

Principle
The equipment is divided into experimental area, preheating area and precooling area. The preheating area is responsible for heat storage as a high temperature area, and the precooling area is responsible for cold storage as a low temperature area. During the test, the pneumatic valve is quickly switched to make the samples in the test area perform Impact conversion between the set extremely high temperature and extremely low temperature environment to test the material's resistance to rapid changes in temperature and related physical and chemical changes.

Steps
1. Place the sample to be tested in the experimental area (test area).
2. Set the required test parameters such as Impact Temperature range and number of cycles.
3. Start the equipment, and the preheating area and the precooling area are respectively used for heat storage and cold storage.
4. The equipment is switched through a pneumatic valve to enable the sample to perform rapid temperature Impact between the high temperature zone and the low temperature zone.
5. Real-time experimental Linear dispersion and data can be monitored through the RS232 interface during the test.
6. After the test, the device automatically returns the sample to normal temperature to avoid frost and condensation.
7. Analyze test results and evaluate sample performance.

• Power supply voltage of the equipment is 380V 50-60HZ, please ensure that the power supply meets the requirements.
• When placing samples, please pay attention to the size of the inner box (width 350x depth 350x height 400mm) and do not overload.
