The LINSHANG LS239 film instrument is a professional instrument for automotive film Film thickness detection. It can measure the car paint Film thickness on iron and aluminum materials, and can intelligently identify Non-metallic shells, iron powder putty layers and iron galvanized layers. The instrument uses a three-color backlight to prompt measurement results and integrates Bluetooth function. It can record data and generate test reports through the mobile app or Mini Program.

Principle
The instrument is based on the Hall effect principle for the measurement of film Film thickness on iron substrate and the eddy Current principle for the measurement of film Film thickness on aluminum substrate. The built-in digital Probe directly completes digital signal processing on the Probe, effectively reducing interference and ensuring measurement accuracy and data stability.

Steps
1. Turn it on and select the measurement mode (simple mode or professional mode).
2. Probe the instrument vertically close to the surface of the film to be tested.
3. Read the Film thickness value and backlight prompt displayed on the screen.
4. In concise mode, short press the up and down keys to swirl/spin the screen for reading.
5. For continuous measurement, keep pressing the Probe for about 2 seconds and slide to enter the mode.
6. Use Bluetooth to connect to the mobile app or WeChat Mini Program to record measurement data and generate reports.
Notice
* Make sure that the Probe is vertically close to the test surface during measurement.
* The minimum measurement surface diameter of the instrument is 25mm.
* When measuring the curved surface, the minimum radius of curvature is 5mm for the convex surface and 25mm for the concave surface.
* Film thickness requirements for the minimum substrate during measurement: iron substrate 0.2mm, aluminum substrate 0.05mm.
* Ambient Temperature of the instrument is -20 ℃ to 50 ℃, storage temperature is -20 ℃ to 60 ℃, please use and store in the specified environment.
* Please use the charging method matched with the instrument to charge the built-in lithium battery.
* Avoid severe impact or abrasion of the ruby probe to maintain measurement accuracy.
* When the iron powder putty layer is recognized, the instrument will have a bright red backlight and emit two beeps. Please pay attention to the prompt.
