Overview
The LINSHANG LS161H solar film tester is a compact and portable pocket instrument, suitable for simultaneously testing the infrared barrier rate, ultraviolet barrier rate, visible light transmittance, total solar barrier rate (TSER) and total solar transmittance ratio (SHGC) of solar film, explosion-proof film and other thin film materials. The instrument provides a variety of display parameter combinations, and users can choose according to their needs.
Features
1. Support ultraviolet, visible light, infrared 940nm, infrared 1400nm, infrared full-band seven Optical inspection parameter testing.
2. It can test the total solar barrier ratio (TSER) and total solar transmission ratio (SHGC) to provide more complete thermal insulation performance evaluation data.
3. Using point matrix TFT color screen display, the test results are visually presented with different Color progress bars.
4. Different display modes such as barrier rate, transmittance and single display light transmitance can be set.
5. The body is lightweight and portable, making it easy to fit into a pocket.
6. With real-time dynamic calibration function to ensure accurate test data.
7. The operation is simple, and the film can be automatically detected and displayed by placing it in the test slot.
8. With data lock function, short press the button to lock the reading.
9. The display interface can be swirled/spun 180 ° according to the direction of the instrument.
10. Powered by 4 AAA alkaline dry batteries, long-lasting battery life, equipped with 3-minute automatic shutdown function without operation.
Principle
The instrument uses the built-in Optical inspection Sensor to measure the energy change of light rays before and after passing through the tested film at specific wavelengths (such as ultraviolet 365nm, visible 380nm-760nm, infrared 940nm and 1400nm, etc.) to calculate the corresponding barrier rate, transmittance and other parameters. The instrument will perform real-time dynamic calibrating when there is no test object to ensure measurement accuracy.
Applications
Solar Film Test, Explosion Proof Film Test, Automotive Film Glass Test
Standards
GB/T 31849-2015 Automotive Film Glass, GA/T 744-2013 Automotive Industry Window National Standard, JJF 1225-2009 Automotive light transmitter calibrating specification, JJG 178-2007 ultraviolet-visible Infrared spectrophotometer verification specification
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power.
2. Put the film to be tested into the test slot of the instrument.
3. The instrument automatically detects and instantly displays the measurement results on the screen.
4. To lock the data, short press the button during the test.
5. After the test is completed, remove the film.
6. The instrument automatically shuts down after 3 minutes without operation.
Notice
• The instrument is suitable for testing film materials with a maximum thickness of 0.8mm.
• To ensure measurement accuracy, make sure the instrument is in a self-calibrated state without the test object before testing.
• Please use 4 AAA alkaline dry batteries to power the instrument.
• The instrument weighs about 70 grams (excluding batteries), please keep it properly to avoid falling or hitting.
• The measurement accuracy is better than +/- 2% (for colorless uniform light-transmitting substances).
