Automatic Film Applicator is a device for intermediate coating film in the laboratory. It replaces manual film and automatically films to improve the accuracy and efficiency of film. This Film Applicator is a small film Applicator that can be used in glove boxes. It adopts bar and drawdown blade double coating method. The separable tool holder is designed to be easy to clean. The magnetic drawdown blade realizes quick replacement. The closed-loop motor drive precisely controls the scraping distance and speed. The planetary gear reducer + rack and pinion drive is more reliable and durable.

Principle
The Working Principle of Experimental Automatic Film Applicator is to uniformly Spreader the sample on the substrate to form the desired film by controlling the Spreader head and Spreader parameters.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and samples
2. Fix the substrate on the Spreader stage using Vacuum chuck or fixture
3. Choose the bar or Blade Coating method as needed
4. Set application length and Spreader speed parameters through Touchscreen
5. Start the device for automatic filming
6. After the film is completed, remove the sample for subsequent processing
