Overview
XINGYUN FA615N-SEM Multifunctional internal calibration analytical Balance is a High Accuracy Electronic Balance, using electromagnetic force Sensor technology, with fast Response and high accuracy. Its Capacity is 61g, and the actual Graduation can reach 0.00001g (0.01mg), which is suitable for weighing scenarios with extremely high accuracy requirements.

Principle
The analytical Balance works based on the principle of electromagnetic force equilibrating. When the sample is placed on the weighing plate, the Sensor detects a change in gravity, generates an equilibrating force through the electromagnetic force coil, and converts this force signal into an electrical signal. After precise calculations and temperature compensation by the internal microprocessor, the mass of the sample is finally displayed in digital form.

Steps
1. Place the Balance on a stable, horizontal countertop to avoid vibration and airflow interference.
2. Connect the power supply and turn it on to warm up to stability.
3. Fully automatic internal calibration as required (cycle can be set).
4. Use the peel/clear function to ensure that the display is zero when the weighing plate is empty.
5. Place the sample to be tested gently in the center of the weighing plate for weighing.
6. Use functions such as counting, percentage, and unit conversion as required.
7. After weighing is completed, external devices can be connected to transmit data through the RS232 interface.

• Please ensure that Balance works in a stable temperature environment of 18 ℃~ 23 ℃.
• Avoid use in environments with vibration, airflow or strong electromagnetic interference.
• Handle with care when weighing to avoid Impact weighing.
• Be aware of Capacity (61g) and Minimum Weighing (0.001g) limits to avoid overloading or underloading.
• Periodically calibrated internally to ensure accuracy.
• Keep the weighing plate clean to avoid sample residues affecting the measurement results.
• When there is a fault alarm, please check whether it is overloaded, underloaded or abnormal environment, and refer to the instructions.
