Overview
ANA-KZ100-S copper foil sample special Sampler (manual type) is a special tool specially used to cut standard samples of sheet materials with a thickness of less than 0.2mm. It has the advantages of high sampling accuracy and easy operation. The specially treated die blade can quickly and accurately cut the standard area of the sample. It is suitable for standard sampling of samples such as Tensile Strength and Folding Test.
Features
1. The stamping sampling method is used, which is accurate, convenient and fast, and the limit cutting thickness range is 0.0045~ 0.1mm.
2. The tool adopts SKD11 imported alloy steel quenching process, the knife edge is more resistant to abrasion, and the application range is wide.
3. Equipped with stainless steel bearings, easy to operate; extended platform design can prevent knife warping, making it more convenient and fast to use.
4. Easy to assemble, small sampling error, only +/- 0.01mm, test deviation negligible.
5. Imported special treatment die blade, hardened and outer grinding to ensure sharp, specially for high fiber paper materials, copper foil, aluminum foil, special materials, fiber materials, etc., non-human damage can be used normally for 2 years without replacement blade.
Principle
The Sampler uses a stamping sampling method to manually drive a specially treated sharp die blade to punch the sheet material placed on the elongated platform, thereby quickly and accurately obtaining a standard area sample.

Steps
1. Place the sheet material to be sampled flat on the extended platform of the Sampler.
2. Manually operate the Sampler to drive the tool for stamping cutting.
3. Remove the cut standard sample.
Notice
• This product is suitable for sheet materials with a thickness of less than 0.2mm.
• Do not use for cutting special high-strength materials to avoid man-made damage to the blade.
• Make sure that the material is placed flat when using, so as to use the extended platform to prevent the knife from warping and ensure the sampling accuracy.
• In the case of non-human damage, the blade has a long normal service life and does not require frequent replacement.
