Principle
The Working Principle of Experimental Automatic Film Applicator is to uniformly Spreader the sample on the substrate to form the desired film by controlling the Spreader head and Spreader parameters.
Applications
Inks, Stock, Lithium Battery, Adhesive, hot-melt adhesive, gel, Resin, glue, polymer materials, polymer materials, pharmaceuticals and other film samples can be scraped on different substrates such as Glass, cardboard, non-woven fabric, film, release paper, plastic, silicone, etc.
Steps
1. Select the bar or Blade Coating method according to the experimental needs, and install the Spreader head.
2. Place the substrate on the Spreader baseplate, and enable the Vacuum chuck function if you need to fix it.
3. According to the material characteristics, the heating function can be turned on if heating is required.
4. Set the required Spreader speed and application length through Touchscreen.
5, start the equipment, automatically complete the film process.
6. After the Spreader is completed, remove the sample and clean the Spreader head.
