Overview
HuiNuo JTM-02/300 small continuous coater (with heat curing) is a mini hot-melt adhesive Spreader specially designed for laboratory proofing or small-scale production. The machine adopts a high-Accuracy modular Spreader station structure, fully electric control, no external gas source is required, and can directly Spreader materials such as hot melt Pressure sensitive adhesives on heat-resistant substrates or release paper, and has an electronically controlled precision tension system to adapt to paper, plastic film, metal film and other materials.
Features
1. Adopt High Accuracy Modular Spreader Station Structure, Modular Assembly, Separable Winding Module, Module can be added as needed.
2. The whole machine is fully electric, without the need for an external air source.
3. Use the dial meter as the indexing head to precisely fine-tune the gap between the upper and lower rubber wheels to control the thickness of the Spreader, and the minimum glue thickness can reach 0.01mm.
4. After the thickness is set, the downforce provided by the electric push rod prevents the gap from changing, ensuring that the Spreader is uniform and stable.
5. The maximum Spreader width is 300mm (effective application width 280mm), and the width is adjusted through two PEEK baffles in the glue slot. It supports unlimited length Spreader gluing and automatic winding.
6. Positive and reverse stepless speed change, Spreader speed is adjustable within the range of 2-4.5 m/min, equipped with precision electronically controlled discharge reel, which can be accurately adjusted and continuously maintained through the control panel knob.
7. Adopting quick-release rubber groove design, the upper rubber wheel and the rubber groove can be quickly disassembled and separated from the body, which is convenient for removing residual glue and convenient for maintenance.
Principle
The device sets the thickness of the Spreader through a precisely controlled gap between the upper and lower rubber wheels, and a constant pressure is provided by an electric push rod to maintain the gap stability. The Spreader material (such as hot-melt adhesive) is placed in a quick-release plastic tank, and the Spreader wheel rotates to transfer the material to the substrate. The substrate is precisely controlled by an electronically controlled tension system. At a set speed (adjustable 2-4.5 m/min), it passes through the Spreader station at a constant speed to complete a continuous and uniform Spreader process, and can realize automatic winding.
Applications
Spreader experiment and small production of hot-melt adhesive, gel, hydrocolloid dressing, water-based glue, solvent glue and other materials.
Steps
1. According to the required application width, adjust the two PEEK baffles in the plastic slot.
2. Use the dial meter indexing head to precisely fine-tune the upper and lower rubber wheel clearance and set the Spreader thickness.
3. Spreader material (such as hot-melt adhesive) into the quick-release plastic tank.
4. Pierce the substrate, and set and adjust the discharge tension through the control panel knob.
5. Set the desired Spreader speed on the control panel 2-4.5 m/min.
6. Start the device and start the continuous Spreader and automatic winding operation.
7. After the operation is completed, the rubber slot and upper rubber wheel can be quickly removed for cleaning.
Notice
• Before operation, make sure that the power supply connection of the device is correct and stable.
• When adjusting the Spreader gap, use a dial meter for precise fine-tuning to ensure accurate thickness setting.
• Spreader operation, please pay attention to observe the Stability of Tension and Speed to ensure uniform Spreader.
• When the equipment is running, do not put your hands or foreign objects into the area of moving parts such as the Spreader wheel.
• After the operation is completed or when replacing materials, the glue tank and Spreader wheel should be disassembled and cleaned in time to prevent the residual glue curing from affecting the subsequent use.
• Do not run beyond the maximum Spreader width (300mm) and maximum Spreader speed (4.5m/min) of the device calibration.
