The ST-25LA Programmable Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber is primarily used to simulate harsh high-temperature, low-temperature, or humid environments that electronic instruments, new materials, electrical equipment, vehicles, metals, electronic products, aerospace materials, etc., may encounter during transportation, storage, and use. It is designed to test the resistance of materials, components, or equipment to high temperatures, cold, and humidity, as well as potential damage and lifespan reduction caused by such conditions.
1. Cabinet Structure: The inner chamber is constructed from SUS304# stainless steel plate, while the outer cabinet is made of painted cold-rolled steel plate. It features an explosion-proof door handle, ultra-fine glass fiber insulation, refined silicone rubber sealing strips, fixed PU swivel casters, SUS304# stainless steel sample racks, a double-layer vacuum-reinforced glass observation window, and a test port. 2. Refrigeration System: Equipped with a Nidec compressor and DuPont environmentally friendly refrigerant (R404a), the system includes a dual-stage low-temperature circuit. Temperature and humidity control are achieved through a P.I.D + S.S.R system with coordinated channel control, and the controller offers a resolution of 0.1°C. 3. Heating and Humidification System: Heating is provided by nickel-chromium alloy high-speed heating wires, while humidification utilizes stainless steel tubes containing nickel-chromium alloy high-speed heating wires and high-temperature magnesium oxide powder. The system operates independently and includes an automatic water replenishment device. 4. Control System: Features a precision LCD programmable temperature controller capable of multi-group and multi-segment programming. It includes a USB data transfer interface for connecting to a printer or computer to display and print curves. 5. Protection System: Offers comprehensive protection functions such as overall equipment overtemperature, fan overheating, phase loss/reverse phase, refrigeration system overload and overpressure, timing, and leakage protection. The system automatically shuts down upon fault detection and alarms.
The equipment accurately simulates and controls the required temperature and humidity environment within a sealed chamber through the collaborative operation of the refrigeration system, heating system, and humidification system. The control system employs a thermal balance temperature regulation method and a P.I.D + S.S.R same-channel coordinated control algorithm to perform real-time calculations and adjustments based on the collected environmental parameters, thereby achieving highly precise constant temperature and humidity conditions or programmable test conditions.

1. Move the device to the designated location using the bottom PU casters and secure it in place. 2. Connect the power supply, ensuring the device is properly grounded. 3. Use the precision liquid crystal display programmable controller to set the desired temperature, humidity, and time program. 4. Evenly place the samples to be tested on the adjustable-spacing stainless steel sample racks, ensuring the total load does not exceed 25 kg. 5. Close the chamber door, ensuring the sealing strip is intact. 6. Start the device and run the test program. 7. During the test, observe the sample status through the double-layer vacuum glass observation window. 8. After the test is completed, the device will stop according to the program. Once the chamber environment returns to a safe state, open the door and remove the samples. 9. Test data can be exported via the USB interface or connected to a printer or computer for data recording and analysis.
• Samples should be evenly distributed, with a total weight not exceeding 25 kg. • Before operating the equipment, ensure that the chamber door is fully closed and properly sealed. • Do not frequently open or close the chamber door during operation, as this may affect temperature and humidity accuracy and reduce the equipment’s lifespan. • Regularly inspect the automatic water replenishment system of the humidification unit to ensure an adequate water supply. • If any fault alarm occurs, the equipment will automatically shut down. Do not attempt to restart it forcibly; instead, identify and resolve the cause of the fault. • Before performing maintenance or cleaning, always disconnect the equipment from the main power supply. • Use a power source that meets the specified requirements and ensure the equipment is reliably grounded to prevent electrical leakage risks. • When the equipment is not in use for an extended period, drain the water from the humidification system and store the device in a dry, well-ventilated area.
We recommend the 25L model, which matches your phone's size. It has a temperature range of -20 to 150°C and offers precise humidity control, capable of simulating harsh environments to test heat and moisture resistance performance.
It is usable and meets the GJB150 military standard, simulating harsh environments such as high temperature, low temperature, and damp heat cycles that materials may encounter during transportation and storage, helping you assess durability.
I recommend this model. It has small temperature and humidity deviations, high uniformity, and precise and stable control. It comes with a touch screen, communication interface, and USB port, allowing data to be saved and played back, making it convenient for you to analyze test curves.
