Working Principle
The moisture in the sample is vaporized by a heater, and high-purity gas is used as a carrier gas to transport the moisture into the reaction bottle for participation in the Karl Fischer reaction, thereby obtaining the moisture content in the solid.

Operating Steps
1. Place the sample (10g or less, 2.5ml or less) into a disposable sample vial.
2. Insert the sample vial into the device heater.
3. Start the device to vaporize the moisture in the sample by heating.
4. Use high-purity gas as a carrier gas to transport the vaporized moisture into the Karl Fischer reaction vessel.
5. Determine and calculate the moisture content through the Karl Fischer reaction.
Precautions
• The sample quantity should be controlled below 10g or 2.5ml.
• High-purity gas must be used as the carrier gas.
• Ensure the apparatus is correctly connected to the Karl Fischer titrator during operation.
