The NLSC-15 Constant Temperature Water (Oil) Bath is a high-precision constant temperature device designed for laboratory and industrial testing applications. It supports temperature adjustment within the range of RT+10 to 100°C and is compatible with various media such as silicone oil, heat transfer oil, and pure water. The temperature fluctuation in the inner bath is as low as ±0.05°C, with a digital display resolution of 0.01°C. It features an inner bath made of SUS304 material, a high-precision temperature control motherboard, an LCD screen, and dual internal/external circulation modes, along with multiple safety protection functions, ensuring precise performance, user-friendly operation, and comprehensive protection.

Working principle
The device heats the medium in the working tank via a built-in 1500W heating module. The high-precision temperature control motherboard monitors the internal tank temperature in real time and adjusts the heating power through sophisticated algorithms to maintain the temperature at the set value, achieving fluctuations as low as ±0.05°C. The device can operate in internal circulation mode to ensure uniform temperature distribution within the tank, or activate an external circulation pump to deliver the constant-temperature medium to external equipment at a flow rate of 13L/min, providing a steady supply of temperature-controlled medium.

Operating Steps
1. Place the device on a stable, well-ventilated surface and connect it to a 220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of medium, such as pure water, silicone oil, or thermal conductive oil, into the inner tank according to experimental requirements.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the desired temperature value via the LCD screen.
4. Select the internal circulation mode (to maintain uniform temperature within the tank) or connect external tubing to enable external circulation mode (to supply a constant-temperature medium to external equipment) as needed.
5. The device will begin heating and operate at a constant temperature. The real-time temperature can be monitored on the screen.
6. After the experiment, turn off the device power. If the medium needs to be replaced, it can be drained through the discharge port at the bottom of the device.
Precautions
• Ensure the device is used in a well-ventilated environment and placed on a stable surface.
• When adding the medium, the liquid level should be between the minimum and maximum scale marks to avoid dry heating or overflow.
• Do not touch the inner tank or heating parts while the device is in operation to prevent burns.
• When performing external circulation operations, ensure that the external pipelines are securely connected and free of leaks.
• The device is equipped with a low-water-level protection function, but it is still necessary to regularly check the medium liquid level.
• Always disconnect the power supply and wait for the device to cool down completely before cleaning.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the internal circuits or components of the device.
