Product Overview
The Tianling HX-015IIF Low-Temperature Thermostatic Circulator is a device designed to provide a temperature-controlled, uniform, and constant field source. Its primary function is to conduct constant temperature experiments or tests on experimental samples or production products, while also serving as a direct or auxiliary heating source.
Product Features
1. Provides a temperature-controlled, uniformly constant field source.
2. Suitable for conducting constant temperature experiments or tests on experimental samples or products.
3. Can serve as a direct heating or auxiliary heating heat source.
Working principle
This device precisely controls the temperature of the working medium (such as thermal oil) to a set value through an internal circulation system, maintaining uniformity and constancy, thereby providing a stable temperature environment for external loads.
Application Area
Constant temperature testing of laboratory samples, constant temperature testing of production products, direct heating source, auxiliary heating source
Operating Steps
1. Place the equipment on a stable, well-ventilated surface.
2. Connect the power supply and ensure the equipment is properly grounded.
3. Add an appropriate amount of suitable working medium into the equipment.
4. Connect the samples or loads requiring constant temperature to the equipment's inlet and outlet via tubing.
5. Turn on the power switch and set the desired target temperature via the control panel.
6. Start the circulation pump and heating/cooling system to begin operation.
7. Observe the temperature display. Once the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, experiments or tests can commence.
8. After use, first stop the heating/cooling, then turn off the circulation pump, and finally switch off the power.
9. Disconnect external connections and drain or retain the working medium as needed.
Precautions
• Ensure the equipment is placed in a stable, well-ventilated environment, away from flammable or explosive materials.
• Before use, check that the power supply voltage meets the equipment requirements and ensure the equipment is reliably grounded.
• The working medium added must meet the equipment requirements, and the liquid level should be within the specified range to avoid dry operation or overflow.
• When connecting external loads, ensure the pipelines are securely connected and free from leaks.
• During equipment operation, do not touch high-temperature or low-temperature components to prevent burns or frostbite.
• Do not move or tilt the equipment while it is running.
• Regularly inspect the equipment condition. If any abnormalities are detected (such as unusual noises, leaks, or temperature control failure), stop the equipment immediately and contact a professional for inspection and repair.
• Before cleaning the equipment, always disconnect the power supply and wait for the equipment to cool down completely.
• Follow the equipment manual for daily maintenance and upkeep.
