Working Principle
This device utilizes a microcomputer control system to precisely regulate the temperature inside the chamber and the oscillation frequency of the shaking platform, providing a constant cultivation environment and oscillation conditions for samples. Its refrigeration system employs an environmentally friendly, fluorine-free refrigerant, working in conjunction with a circulating fan to ensure uniform temperature distribution within the chamber. The oscillation drive is powered by a low-heat-dissipation DC motor, enabling smooth startup and a wide range of speed adjustments.
Application Fields
Biological culture, cell culture, microbial fermentation, sample mixing, chemical reactions, dissolution experiments
Operation Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device's power switch.
2. Use the menu-style operation interface on the large LCD screen to set the required parameters, such as temperature, oscillation frequency, and working time.
3. Place the samples to be cultured or oscillated on the oscillation platform and secure them properly.
4. After confirming that the parameter settings are correct, start the device to begin operation.
5. During operation, monitor the temperature, rotation speed, and time in real-time via the display screen.
6. After the operation is complete, the device will either stop or proceed to the next stage according to the preset program.
7. Remove the samples, turn off the power, and perform necessary cleaning and maintenance.
Precautions
• Ensure the equipment is placed on a stable, well-ventilated surface.
• When placing samples, ensure they are evenly distributed and securely fixed to prevent splashing during operation.
• Do not set the temperature above the maximum allowable limit of the equipment.
• During operation, avoid frequently opening the door or keeping the observation window open for extended periods to maintain temperature stability inside the chamber.
• Use a soft cloth for cleaning and avoid corrosive cleaning agents.
• If the equipment alarms (e.g., overtemperature alarm), identify and resolve the issue before resuming use.
• For prolonged continuous operation, ensure a stable power supply.
• For optional computer monitoring functions, connect and configure them according to the corresponding interface instructions.
