Product Overview
The Ronghua DF-II (10L) Digital Display Thermostatic Magnetic Heating Stirrer with Heat Collection is a laboratory device that integrates heating, thermostatic control, and stirring functions. It utilizes a heat collection heating method, addressing the challenges of prolonged stirring and heating under constant temperature conditions for spherical flasks during vacuum or pressurized reactions. It supports various modes, including water bath, oil bath, and dry heating.
Product Features
1. Utilizing a heat-collecting heating method, it offers fast heating speed and energy efficiency.
2. Wide temperature control range, from room temperature to 300°C.
3. Broad speed adjustment range, 0-2600 RPM.
4. Supports multiple uses including water bath, oil bath, and dry heating.
5. Equipped with high-quality magnetic steel and PTFE stir bars for long-lasting durability.
6. Digital display operation for intuitive temperature control.
Working Principle
The device drives the polytetrafluoroethylene stirring bar inside the container to rotate via a magnetic drive unit at the bottom, enabling solution stirring. Simultaneously, it employs a collective heating method, where heating elements generate thermal radiation, creating a uniform and intense thermal environment for the heated solution, thereby achieving rapid, uniform heating and precise temperature control.

Operating Procedures
1. Place the stirring bar into the container with the solution to be stirred.
2. Position the container in the center of the heater plate on the stirrer.
3. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch.
4. Set the desired temperature and stirring speed using the digital display panel.
5. Select the appropriate operation mode based on experimental requirements: water bath, oil bath, or dry heating.
6. After use, turn off the power and clean the equipment once it has cooled down.
Precautions
• Do not operate the equipment in a dry or oil-free state for extended periods to avoid damaging the heating element.
• Ensure containers are placed stably to prevent the stirring bar from jumping or colliding.
• Do not set the temperature above the equipment's rated maximum temperature (300°C).
• When using an oil bath, pay attention to the safe operating temperature of the oil to prevent overheating.
• Before cleaning the equipment, always disconnect the power supply and wait for it to cool completely.
• Select the appropriate heating mode based on the container material and experimental requirements.
