Working principle
This disperser is driven by a carbon brush motor, which converts electrical energy into mechanical energy to drive the high-speed rotation of the dispersion shaft. The dispersion disc installed at the end of the shaft generates intense shearing, impact, and turbulent effects on the material in the container during rotation, thereby breaking up agglomerated particles and uniformly mixing different components to achieve dispersion and homogenization. The digital speed regulator allows precise control of the motor speed to accommodate different material viscosities and process requirements.

Operating Procedure
1. Place the equipment on a stable workbench and connect it to an AC220V power supply.
2. Based on process requirements, preset the speed (0-4000 rpm range) using the speed adjustment knob.
3. Securely install the ø50mm stainless steel dispersion disc onto the 250mm long dispersion shaft using the drill chuck.
4. Immerse the dispersion disc into the material to be processed (it is recommended that the amount of water-based material does not exceed 5L).
5. Start the equipment and observe whether the digital speed display reaches the preset value.
6. During the dispersion process, adjust the speed as needed to achieve better dispersion results.
7. After completing the work, turn off the power, remove, and clean the dispersion disc.
Precautions
• Ensure the equipment is properly grounded and uses an AC220V/50HZ power supply that meets requirements.
• Before starting, confirm that the dispersion disc is securely installed via the drill chuck to prevent detachment during high-speed rotation.
