The FS-400 reducer-type disperser is a stirring and dispersing equipment from the Yaku DC series, balancing both power and practicality. It is compatible with the standard AC220V/50HZ voltage, equipped with a 400W motor, and offers flexible speed adjustment from 0 to 450 rpm. Customization for other speeds is also supported. It comes with a 350mm extended stirring rod and a 120mm dispersion disc, where the height of the dispersion disc can be manually adjusted. Working Principle
This disperser is driven by an electric motor, which converts electrical energy into mechanical energy to drive the high-speed rotation of the stirring rod and the dispersion disc at its end. During rotation, the dispersion disc exerts intense shearing, impact, and turbulent effects on the materials, enabling rapid mixing, dispersion, and homogenization. By adjusting the height of the dispersion disc through a manual lifting mechanism, it can accommodate the operational requirements of containers with varying depths.

Operating Steps
1. Place the equipment on a stable workbench, ensuring the base is secure.
2. Adjust the dispersion disc manually to a suitable height according to the container height (within the range of 25mm-420mm).
3. Place the material to be processed in the container under the dispersion disc.
4. Connect to the AC220V power supply.
5. Start the equipment and slowly adjust the speed from 0 to the desired speed (maximum 450rpm) using the speed control device.
6. After the dispersion operation is completed, first return the speed to 0, then turn off the power.
7. Clean the equipment and store it properly.
Precautions
• Ensure the equipment is placed on a stable, sturdy surface with a base inner diameter of 330mm and sufficient support area.
• Before operation, confirm that the power supply voltage is AC220V/50HZ and ensure proper grounding.
• When adjusting the height of the dispersion disk, manually operate the lifting mechanism and ensure it is securely locked in the desired position.
• Start at a low speed and gradually adjust to the required rotation speed to avoid sudden high-speed starts that may impact the material and equipment.
• During equipment operation, do not place hands or other objects near the rotating parts to ensure safety.
• The equipment weighs 28Kg. Exercise caution when moving it to prevent tipping or collisions.
• Clean the equipment promptly after use, keep it dry, and store it in a well-ventilated environment.
