Working Principle
This disperser provides rotational power through a high-power carbon brush motor, driving a 304 stainless steel dispersion disc mounted at the front end of the dispersion shaft to rotate at high speed. Users can adjust the speed within the range of 0-1300 rpm via the speed control function, with the digital display screen providing real-time feedback of the current speed value. During rotation, the dispersion disc exerts strong shearing, impact, and turbulent effects on the materials, enabling rapid mixing, dispersion, and homogenization. Its reversible function allows adjustment of the rotation direction based on material characteristics to optimize dispersion effectiveness.

Operating Steps
1. Connect the equipment to an AC220V/50HZ standard power source.
2. Based on the characteristics of the material, set the desired speed (0-1300rpm) using the speed adjustment knob, and confirm the speed via the digital display screen.
3. Start the equipment to initiate the rotation of the dispersion disc.
4. Depending on the process requirements, you may choose to use either forward or reverse operation mode.
5. Immerse the dispersion disc into the material to be processed (it is recommended that the stirring volume of water does not exceed 5L) to carry out stirring and dispersion operations.
6. After completing the operation, turn off the power and clean the equipment.

* Please ensure the use of a standard AC220V/50HZ power supply and check the safety of the circuit.
* It is recommended that the amount of water for stirring should not exceed 5L. Do not exceed this limit.
* Pay attention to safety during operation and avoid contact of body parts or clothing with the high-speed rotating dispersion disk.
* After use, promptly clean the 304 stainless steel dispersion disk and drill chuck, among other components.
* Please select the appropriate speed and rotation direction (clockwise/counterclockwise) based on the characteristics of the material.
* During equipment operation, ensure it is placed stably to prevent accidental movement or tipping.
